MindPal has different games that target the skills you'd like to improve, and they are very sleek and responsive. Then enter some personal details to determine which type of activities the app gives you as it generates a "personal workout." When first opening the app, you can choose which skills you'd like to improve: recall information better, calculate faster, react quickly, and so on. MindPal is the most popular app featured on this list and seems to be the most comprehensive out of the lot.
